Well it has been an emotional week. Mandy got severely burnt last saturday and probably actually shoulda gone to dr cause she basicly has a close to 2nd degree burn on her back. Stress levels have been high trying to get everything ready to cook since i blew myself up a month ago. Id be lying if i didnt say i was a lil scared to go back and start cookin again but all went well..As for the weight loss well i am still the same as i was yesterday 274.6 but its all good actually considerin the amount of gatorade i drank last night in the sauna of a trailer i'm surprised a didnt gain bout 50..I'm gonna put will power in overdrive this holiday weekend and prove to myself as well as others i can stay strong..Gonna have to get the potassium pills  that Shea from http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com/ reminded me about.Woke up this mornin maor leg cramps and feeling like crap..O yea another ac in the trailer is gonna help out too hehe..I can say the girls from http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com/ are true inspirations and friends. They have all been there for me the past week through some troubling times..Thanks Shea,Heather,Jennifer,Julie and all the other 1600+ ppl one  the affordablehcg facebook page..On another note i have recently found out that i can ship smoked mullet out and as soon as the mullet start running again..hopefully next month i can  satisfy your tastes more on that to come..Untill later stay on the winning i meen LOOSING track and be proud to be a big looser
