June 22

Well not alot goin on today. Woke up this mornin and got on the scale and BAM 1.8 pounds gone..Was a lil worried but i got some goo advise from all the ladies on the facebook page and turned my day around. Mandy is doing awesome the way she is going she will be down 10 probably tomorow since saturday..Another good note is the fire department didnot get called out anywhere in the county last night now if we can make it till  round 1100 hrs it will be a full 24 hours nobody has been paged. Felling a heavy heart for the families of the 2 fallen firefighters from the Division of Forestry. Will be remebering them and their families friends and co workers in our prayers..

i did get my measurements yesterday so i'll be able to track my inches lost also
